Best selling author Alyson Noel has reason to celebrate, her all new Soul Seekers series recently had it’s screen rights optioned by Arnold Rifkin of Cheyenne Enterprises. Soul Seekers, which is steeped in Native American Lore, tells the tale of Daire Santos, a rebellious girl who is plagued by mysterious events, and a beautiful boy who haunts her dreams. She learns she is a soul seeker one who can navigate between the worlds of the living and the dead.  The first book in the Soul Seeker series, Fated is out now and will be followed by future releases, Echo in November 2012, with Mystic and Horizon to follow in 2013.

Noel gained popularity via her hugely successful The Immortals series, which along with it’s pre-teen companion series Riley Bloom, have both been optioned by Summit Entertainment (they of the Twilight juggernaut) for a possible TV series or movie.
