  1. This is such a wonderful thing! I started treatment last week by going on medical leave to attend Kaiser’s Work / Life Stress Clinic for 3 weeks. The sessions so far have revealed how many people are suffering needlessly because of crazy stress from their job combining and impacting with their non-work life stress. The goal for us all in this group therapy is to use Cognitive Behavior Thought techniques to stop the A.N.T.S (automatic negative thoughts).

    • Oh Livia, I am so glad to hear you took a much needed break and you are doing the right thing to help you combat the negative thoughts that can consume us. I suffer from them as well, I never think I am good enough, and I wish our healthcare system took MH more seriously and allowed for more care. I am so proud of you for doing this!
