May is Mental Health Awareness Month and for #signedbooksundays we are sharing books with mental health representation. I picked all of Adam Silvera’s books because Adam is a champion for mental health awareness and I adore him. ? Join @diamondxgirl and myself each Sunday and post on theme & with the hashtag for a chance to win a signed book! ? Before everyone is concerned, lol, I do have What If It’s Us too, I just couldn’t fit 8 books in the picture. My Adam Silvera collection runs deep, I even have a few of the UK copies, but I need a few more! ☹️ #adamsilvera #morehappythannot #historyisallyouleftme #theybothdieattheend #thankssilvera #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthrepresentation #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #lgbtqbooks #yalovin #yabooks #diversebooks #yabookstagram #bookcommunity #booklife #booknerd #bookcollection #booksarelife #booklover #yacontemporary #yascifi #signedbooks #bookcrush #authorcrush #bookcrushin

Today’s #signedbooksundays is all about Mental Health. Two books that did an amazing job with anxiety rep were Before She Ignites by @unicornwarlord & A Semi-Definitive List of Worst Nightmares! Both Mira and Esther face moments of extreme anxiety in totally different ways but they both find strength to face it head on. . . What mental health books have been impactful for you? . . Mental health is very close to home for me. Everyone in my immediate family struggles with some form of mental health and some days are HARD but we see it through together because we love each other. . . Thanks for hosting @diamondxgirl & @bookcrushin! #bookstagram #mentalhealthreads #signedbooks #beforesheignites #asemidefinitivelistofworstnightmares #jodimeadows #krystalsutherland #books #outdoorbooks #minibookstack #booklover #anxiety #bookrecommendations

What is your favorite book dealing with mental health awareness? Today is #signedbooksundays and the theme is mental health awareness. I chose The Last Wish of Sasha Cade because grief and depression affect someone's mental health after losing someone they loved. ? I also included my favorite candle from @scentsandscentsabilitycandles since candles always brighten my mood when I'm feeling down. Summary: How far would you go for your best friend? Raquel’s lifelong best friend, Sasha, has just died of cancer, and Raquel is overcome with grief … until she discovers that Sasha spent her final weeks planning an elaborate scavenger hunt for the friend she would have to leave behind. When Raquel follows Sasha’s instructions, a mysterious stranger with striking eyes is waiting for her. There’s a secret attached to him that only Sasha — and now Raquel — knows. This boy, Elijah, might be just who Raquel needs to help her move on from her terrible loss. But can Raquel remain true to herself while also honoring her friend’s final wish? #bookstagram #bookcommunity #bookobsessed #amreading #yabooks #bookish #booklove #igreads #bookworm #bookishlove #booknerdigans #prettybooks #prettybookspines #bookstagrammer #bookblogger #thebookstagram #bibliophile #booksbooksbooks #bookphotography #booknerds # #bookaddict #ireadya #flatlaystyle #youngadult #instareads #totalbooknerd #bookishglee #yabookstagram

?Lori’s QOTD: What’s your favorite comfort food or place?? Mine is nachos/fries & the library when I need comfort or to rejuvenate! . . . . . ? Today’s #signedbooksundays prompt is Mental Health Awareness. Why feature 1 book when I can feature 2? Thank you to @sharonhussroat for personalizing my copy beautifully? . . . . ? Mental Health is often overlooked, scrutinized & misunderstood, so thank you to Sharon & Ceylan who poured their soul & hardwork into their book. Also to Kelly (@bookcrushin) & Christy (@diamondxgirl) for shedding a light on books that have character(s) with mental illness with this prompt? . . . . . ?Lori’s QOTD: What’s your favorite comfort food or place?? . . . . . {Hashtags: #signedbooks #bookphotography #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth #bookcommunity #Howtodisappear #candle #bookobsessed #personalizedbooks #bookstagram #bookcollector #bookblogger #bookclub }

“An emotionally cathartic story of losing love, finding love, and discovering the person you are meant to be…” I HAVE LOST MY WAY by @gayleforman . . This weeks #signedbooksundays is #mentalhealthawareness . . Let’s show off books that bring awareness to the importance of mental health. This is so important, especially in YA, because there is this stigma that having any kind of mental illness isn’t something you should talk about. This just isn’t the case & no one should feel like they can’t get the help they need or that having a mental illness makes you weak. If anything it makes you stronger. . . . Celebrate this weeks #signedbooksundays theme by showing off your #signedbooks to enter to win even more signed books from @bookcrushin & @diamondxgirl . . ?? . . #bookish #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #booksofinstagram #readya #yalove #instagram #bookishlove #bookgram #booksaremylife #yacontemporary

Since May is mental health awareness month we are sharing books that deal with mental health for #signedbooksundays . . Since mental health issues come in so many different forms I am sharing two books that deal with two very different aspects. #wordsonbathroomwalls and #asemidefinitivelistofworstnightmares are very different but important books that help make mental health a real approachable issues we all need to be aware of. . . What is one of your favorite books that tackles mental health? . . Make sure to share your signed books every Sunday with @diamondxgirl And @bookcrushin for a chance to win! . . #signedbooks #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #yacontemporary #letstalkaboutbooks #mentalhealthawareness #iamreading #bookshenanigans #bookstagramer #bookstagram #instabooks #bookobsessed

? Signed Book Sundays: Mental Health Awareness ? ▫️▫️▫️ I love this prompt because I think it is *so* important to for there to be, and for people to read books about mental health. I know for me, it was a big turning point in my life when I read a book where a character was going through similar mental health problems, which is why I feel so passionately about it being a thing that needs to be represented in them. Under Rose Tainted Skies is an own voices book with Agoraphobic and OCD representation, which while I feel like I see some OCD rep in books, I definitely don’t see Agoraphobia a lot. ▫️▫️▫️ Follow the hosts @diamondxgirl & @bookcrushin for more info about Signed Books Sundays, and enter for a chance to win some signed books! ▫️▫️▫️ #Books #Bookstagram #SignedBookSundays

You. Are. Magnificent. . . . This afternoon, I sat in my library and began pulling books off my shelf for today’s #signedbooksundays theme – mental health matters. I work in the field so I’m very cautious about reading books with mental health themes. I grabbed many of them (so many I couldn’t get them all in a photo) and started opening them. So many messages of hope within the inscriptions. I highly recommend you click the tag today for recs – I tried to pick ones I didn’t see (and include a variety of issues – PTSD, grief, OCD, depression, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety – amongst others). Stories of hope and resilience and systems of support. I highly recommend them all! . Join @bookcrushin & I every Sunday on theme and you’re enter to win a #signedbook! And stay tuned all month where we are featuring mental health reads 🙂 . . . #bookish #igreads #booknerd #bookstagrammer #bibliophile #booknerdigans #instabooks #bookblogger #Bookstagram #instabooks #booktography #yalit #bookaholic #yabooks #bookphotography #yafiction #booklove #bookgram #libros #livros #mentalhealthmatters #ireadya
