Books On Our Radar: Slayer by Kiersten White
Slayer by Kiersten White is a Buffy the Vampire Slayer universe book! Yup that’s all I need to say, right? Okay, okay… So this is a novelization set within the world of Buffy, after events that went down in Sunnydale, and follows the graphic novel timelines. Slayer introduces us to Nina, who has been raised in the world of Watchers, until she finds herself as the next chosen one. I happen to be one of those Buffy fans who is still in love with all the things and I am so excited for this new world expansion. I am sure that even if you aren’t obsessive over the fandom, that you too will be able to get behind this book, as books are smart like that and don’t want to limit their audiences. So either way, I highly recommend adding Slayer to your TBR for the January 8th, 2019 release!
