What can I say about this book? It’s a very emotional book, but well written. You can’t help but fall in love with the main character, Ciera Nelson. I personally got very attached to her.
Ciera Nelson is a seventeen-year-old girl who has been alternately bullied and ignored. She is also hiding a secret about her health. The book provides hints as you read and you are left to wonder, “What is wrong with her?” As you find out, you will shed a few tears along the way.
Ciera Nelson is a caring, loving, and all around good person. She is trying to live her life to the fullest. In light of this view, she begins to get to know Topher, one of her former tormentors who becomes a main character in the story—and in Ciera’s life.
This is one of those ugly cry books, for sure. There were certain parts where I wish the book would have gone into more detail. I can’t really say anymore without giving away the entire story, so you will have to read it to find out!
I rated Learning to Live as a five-star book!

I’ve not read Kira’s work yet, but looking fwd to reading Infinite Love series
Learning to Live was wonderful but my favorite was Against All Odds 🙂 I’m finally getting to catch up so I’ll get to read Into the Darkness (non Infinite Love book by Kira Adams) before the next one is ready!

My favourite book from The Infinite Love Series was Learning To Live. My favourite Kura Adams book? It’s a toss up between Into The Darkness and Learning To Live. I used to be able to say with confidence that it was Into The Darkness.
I am currently reading Pieces of Me and loving it!! And I look forward to reading her Infinite Love Series!!!
