There are rumblings as posted on Facebook by Masque of the Red Death author Bethany Griffin, that the Steam Punk bestseller may be heading to the small screen. It looks like the book has been pitched to CBS Productions. This would be super exciting if it happened. There have been a few YA series that were so close to making it to the small screen such as The Selection and Delirium but both ended up not having their pilots picked up. Let’s hope Masque makes it through the process it would be amazing to see this visually lush and unique take on Poe’s masterpiece make its way into our living rooms.
