Cover Crush: Let’s Call It a Doomsday by Katie Henry

Let’s Call It a Doomsday by Katie Henry isn’t my typical cover crush fodder, but today being Earth Day, I thought this book’s title was fitting. The book is more about mental health and how faith, family, and friends all influence your life, and also the possibility of the apocalypse. Ellis is a girl who fears the end of the world. She meets Hannah in her therapist’s waiting room, which changed her life. Hannah says she knows when the world is going to end, and that she sees them together at the ending. As they search together for the answers to the doomsday premonition, they become friends.  I love the idea of this book and it sounds like the mental health aspects are truly well presented, as well as many different doomsday scenarios.

Let’s Call It a Doomsday is releasing this summer, August 6th, and you can add it to your TBR now!

This cover was designed by David Curtis.
