Books On Our Radar: Dive Smack by Demetra Brodsky
Dive Smack by Demetra Brodsky is firmly on my radar now that I have friends who are currently reading it and won’t stop talking about it (Christy & Sarah) … in the best way. Word of mouth is by far my most reliable recommendation barometer. If my close friends love it and talk about it…you know damn well I want to read it too. This is why I love the book blogging community, because let’s be real, I can’t read every book I want to read, and I can’t learn about them all either. So I rely on bloggers as well, and it just so happens that I want them to be my friends. So if you like my reviews and recommendations, we can be friends IRL (but really online cause that is the easiest) and have some real talk about books! Dive Smack is a thriller, which is becoming a really popular category in YA right now & I never thought this would be a genre I like…but I do really enjoy it when the story is well told. So if you are into a good mystery, or just a well plotted book, I think you should add Dive Smack to your TBR for the June 19th release!
