With training season in full effect, my skincare takes a back burner. I am out in the sun for hours at a time, sweating. I was looking ROUGH. I looked for a recipe to combat this and came across “An Appeeling Look,” which is a banana, baking soda, and turmeric based mask. Not only did it smell amazing (I love banana) but my skin felt like it came back to life. Definitely will try that one again!
Pick this book up for your friends this holiday season!
